Combining nature and gastronomy with the objective to rediscover the roots of Mallorca and its traditional food.

Celler Mesquida-Mora
To get acquainted with Mallorca’s enological world, we suggest you visit the Celler Mesquida-Mora in Porreras, Denomination of Origin Pla i Llevant.
With the guidance of Bárbara Mesquida you will get to know their story and winemaking tradition, representing the fourth generation of the family. She will provide you an overview of their project, including the transformation of their vineyards into biodynamic, revolutionizing the Balearic enology through sustainable agriculture techniques, putting their soul and emotions to the wines they bring to the table. Their wines bear the distinctive imprint of the Mediterranean and evoke our land, sky and sea breeze.
To complete your immersion in the enological culture, you will be invited to a wine tasting and you will have the option of combining it with the tasting of local products or a typical Mallorcan meal in an emblematic setting: “Es Molí de Son Porquer” in Porreras.





S’Hort de Sa Vall
S’hort de Sa Vall is one of the farms of the Terracor Group, a family business that for generations has been dedicated to growing fruit and vegetables. Together with the collaboration of Aproscom, the S’Hort de Sa Vall Project was born.
Aproscom is a foundation that works for and for the rights of people with intellectual disabilities or developmental disorders, offering support to both them and their families.
S’Hort de Sa Vall is a project rooted in the Valle de la Nou de Manacor (Mallorca) that unites love for the Earth, social inclusion, humanity, gastronomy and Mallorcan customs, offering a unique experience to visitors.
With the guided tours of the farm, where Terracor has been growing fruit and vegetables for years, you can discover how the land is worked, taking a tour of different places in S’Hort de Sa Vall, and later taste its fruits on the tasting menu .
With this set of S’Hort de Sa Vall Experiences, the aim is to reveal the secrets of this little-known valley in Mallorca, showing a different scenario depending on the time of year in which it is visited and highlighting the importance of the fact of consuming fruits, vegetables and local and seasonal products for both physical and mental well-being.
