INFORMATION ABOUT THE HOUSE

250 m² villa spread over two floors, located by the sea in a quiet area of Portocolom.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright and spacious living room, simply decorated and designed for relaxing. Next to it is the dining area, with a large table that seats up to eight guests. Both spaces offer lovely views of the bay of Portocolom.

This floor also includes a double bedroom (1.80 m x 2.00 m bed) overlooking the Mallorcan patio, a large bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine, ideal for those who enjoy cooking at home. The kitchen opens directly onto the back patio, where there’s a shaded outdoor dining area, perfect for al fresco meals or a barbecue in the evening.
At the front of the house, you’ll find a Mediterranean garden with sea views, a large outdoor table, hammocks, and traditional Menorcan chairs — a peaceful space to enjoy the sea breeze and unwind.
Upstairs, the wooden floors throughout add warmth to the space. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and views of the sea and pine trees, with plenty of natural light throughout the day.
The second bedroom has two single beds and is especially suited for families with young children. It includes a baby cot and a changing table for added comfort during your stay.
At night, you can sleep with the windows open and enjoy the sea breeze. All bedrooms are fitted with shutters and mosquito screens, so you won’t need to worry about insects. Ceiling fans in each room provide gentle, natural ventilation without the need for air conditioning.
Also on this floor is a second living area — a quiet, comfortable space for reading, working, or simply relaxing. From here, glass sliding doors open onto a covered terrace with wide sea views, perfect for a quiet morning coffee or an evening drink.
This floor also features a laundry area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and space for hanging clothes.
In the garage, you’ll find guest-use equipment such as bicycles, a paddle board and a kayak/canoe. Parking is not available inside, but you can easily park right in front on the street.
