“Es Vell Marí” holiday house in Mallorca
Our house “Es Vell Marí” has been carefully renovated, preserving the local character of a Majorcan house with wooden beams and stone columns. Its decoration, set in its marine environment, will make you feel the Mediterranean in each of its rooms. On its main terrace, you can enjoy breakfast and family meals, feeling the sea breeze. Furthermore, it has its own private parking. Walks along the shore along 2km of white sand directly to Es Trenc Beach.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE HOUSE
House recently renovated. You will stay in a space of 200 m2, built on one floor. You will access the house through its 28 m2 porch, equipped with outdoor furniture, so you can enjoy your meals with views of the sea and the Cabrera archipelago or simply enjoy your favorite book at sunset.
READ MORE...In the first instance, there is a spacious living-dinning room with wooden furniture, a fireplace, a 58-inch Smart TV, Astra Satellite, a sofa, and 2 typical Majorcan rockers. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one in a suite). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you may need during your stay. It has access to a private yard of 27m2, where you can find a stone barbecue, an outdoor shower, and access to the garage with the capacity for 2 cars.
Taking advantage of the hours of sunshine that you can enjoy on this island, a solar panel system has been installed, and also a charging point for electric cars has been placed in the garage.
The house has cold and hot air conditioners making it suitable for living the entire year, as well as, being able to combine holidays and work with a WI-FI of 300 mb.
The beaches of Arenal de Sa Rápita (1.8 km) and Es Trenc (15.6 km), by car, are perfect for children.
For lovers of walks, from home, you can reach the paradisiacal “ Es Trenc” beach. Following the main avenue and walking for 1.8 km along the coast, you will reach the “Arenal de Sa Rápita” beach. From there, continue walking along 2km of white sand until you reach “Es Trenc” beach. With this suggestion, we invite you to enjoy the Mediterranean sea, to feel the sun’s rays caressing your skin, and to sit for a few minutes on the sand to relax with the coming and going of the waves. A whole sensory experience that you can enjoy the entire year. Can you imagine it?

30 June 2023 at 17 h 48 minI came here for the first time last June with my daughter and her 3 children aged 12, 10 and 8. We came back in June 23 because we have all fallen in love with Sa Rapita and this beautiful house. The location is fantastic, you cross the road and you arrive on the rocks, where you can easily access a wonderful sea. where you can swim safely: the children had a great time. Shops and restaurants are very close, ( 3 minutes walk) . Es Trenc beach can be reached in 20 minutes (on foot) or by car.
The house is enchanting: large and fresh, perfectly equipped and beautifully kept. The welcome was very kind. Maria has always been full of attention during the stay. We hope to be able to return again next year
