INFORMATION ABOUT THE HOUSE

Located in a residential area of Portocolom, near the lighthouse, in a scenic seaside village that belongs to the municipality of Felanitx. Less than a minute away from the S’Arenal beaches, where you can find two beach bars with all the services. Our house is 700 metres away from the village, being able to move by car, bicycle, or simply taking a walk through the pedestrian area.

Built area of 110m2, distributed across three floors.
On the ground floor you will find a large living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen featuring ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The dining room has a table for family dinners open to the living area. The room has a sofa, armchair and a fireplace. As well as a Smart TV with Astra satellite. The living area is open to a 35 m2 furnished terrace (table, chairs, sunbeds), with spectacular views of the bay and direct descent to the sea. Outdoor shower and solarium area.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.5 x 2m) and a bathroom with shower. The second room is furnished with a single bed (0.9 x 2m) a desk, and on the same floor you can find a bathroom with shower.

On the second floor, a large bedroom with two single bed with a living area equipped with a sofa and TV, open to an incredible furnished terrace with armchairs to enjoy Portocolom’s sunsets.

All the rooms have large wardrobes, natural light and double-glazed windows and Majorcan blinds to regulate the amount of light you would like to let in.

There are tree air conditioning units (cool and hot air), one on the living room and on the bedrooms. WIFI Connection.
