Our house was built in 1940 and was renovated in 2004 preserving its essence. Carefully decorated, simple, cozy and familiar, offering all the comforts you may need during your stay.

Located in Portocolom, a scenic seaside village that belongs to the municipality of Felanitx, where every morning your will enjoy the Mediterranean aroma and experience your stay living like another neighbor of Portocolom.

50 metres away you can find the church square where the emblematic bistro-bar «Sa Cova dels Ases» is located. Here you can enjoy breakfast or try our typical homemade dishes. 20 metres away you will find a small local grocery store.
The villa has a size of 120 m2, distributed across three floors. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining area with an integrated kitchen. The bright kitchen features an induction cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and place for recycling stations. The dining room has a table for family dinners open to the living area. The room has two sofas and a fireplace. As well as an smart TV with Astra satellite .

The different floors are accessed by a wooden staircase. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.5m x 2m), as well as a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

On the second floor you will find a loft with two single beds (1 x 2m), bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, living room with a double sofa-bed (perfect for children).

The house has air conditioning (cool and hot air) in all rooms, as well as a roof fan on the ground floor and a fireplace. Free WIFI. The 35m2 terrace is furnished with a table for six guests, outdoor shower and a bathroom with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a sink and toilet.

Our house is prepared for any season of the year, and from November to March we have special offers for long stays.
