The Son Pons Ferratje estate is located in a peaceful natural setting, just outside the town of Llucmajor and just a few minutes’ drive from the village center. Its location is perfect for those looking to combine relaxation, contact with nature, and outdoor activities year-round.

The house maintains a rustic Mallorcan style, with traditional elements and all modern amenities. The fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and juicer) is integrated into the interior dining area and offers direct access to a covered outdoor terrace. It features a dining area for 8 people and a gas barbecue, ideal for long al fresco lunches and dinners.

The accommodation has four bedrooms spread over different levels. On the ground floor is the master suite, with a king-size bed and private bathroom. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms complete the sleeping area.

The property has four full bathrooms (with shower, bathtub, or both), and all rooms are exterior, ensuring light and unobstructed views of the natural surroundings.
