Casa vacacional mallorquina «Son Reus» es una antigua granja reformada conservando todo su carácter y respetando elementos constructivos originarios. Se encuentra situada en una finca de gran extensión con campos de cultivo, animales y bosque. Ideal para pasear y apreciar un buen atardecer.
INFORMACIÓN SOBRE LA CASA
La finca está ubicada en el municipio de Felanitx, en Es Carritxó, cerca de Cas Concos. A unos 6 km de las poblaciones de Portocolom, Cala d’ Or y Felanitx donde podrás encontrar bares, restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias y todos los servicios que puedas necesitar. Para los amantes del Golf, a 6 minutos de casa se ubica el Club Vall d’ Or.
LEER MÁS...En la decoración de la vivienda se han cuidado los mínimos detalles, consiguiendo un ambiente acogedor y estiloso, con todas las comodidades para que te sientas como en casa.
Dispone de cuatro habitaciones dobles distribuidas en diferentes niveles. Una suite en el piso superior con cama de matrimonio (1,80 x 2,00m). En la planta principal un dormitorio con baño con dos camas individuales (1,00 x 2,00) y en la planta baja dos habitaciones con cama de matrimonio, una de ellas King size. De los cuatro cuartos de baño, dos están equipados con bañera y ducha, otro con bañera y el último con ducha. Todas las estancias de la casa cuentan con vistas al exterior.
En la planta principal se encuentra la cocina abierta al comedor totalmente equipada, horno, cocina, frigo combi, microondas, cafetera (Nespresso y melita) lavavajillas, tostadora y exprimidor. Cuenta con salida directa a la terraza, donde bajo una pérgola, se ubica una zona comedor para 8 personas junto a la piscina, y al atardecer poder disfrutar de cenas al aire libre con barbacoa (weber).
En la planta alta se ubica la Sala de Estar con chimenea, TV vía satélite, amplios ventanales y salida a una terraza con vistas al campo y a la piscina.
La piscina privada cuenta con sombrillas naturales, ducha exterior y solárium con 8 hamacas.
En la zona exterior se ubica un baño, con lavadora, secadora, frigorífico y accesorios de plancha.
La vivienda dispone de Wifi gratuito, caja de seguridad, aire frio/caliente y parking.
En invierno facilitamos leña.

Super nice country house on a huge private property in the hills outside Cala Dor. Everything was clean and functioning. Maria and her husband were excellent hosts – and easy to communicate with.

Die Finca liegt zwischen leichten Hügeln, die von traditioneller Landwirtschaft geprägt sind. Der kleine Ort S’Horta ist leicht erreichbar und die Finca ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für die Stände im Süd-Osten der Insel. Vier geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und ein sehr großzügiger Innen- Und Außenbereich lassen genug Raum für eine Gruppe. Zentrum ist der überdachte Sitzbereich zwischen Finca und Pool. Alles ist sehr gut durchdacht und die verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten laden ein für einen Tag am erstaunlich großen Pool. Trotz der traditionellen Einrichtung ist alles sehr gepflegt ohne ungemütlich zu sein. Die Kommunikation mit und die Unterstützung durch die Gastgebern ist großartig, ohne aufdringlich zu sein

Eine wunderschöne Finca, die hält was sie verspricht. Die Zeit mit unserer sechsköpfigen Gruppe war traumhaft und es hat alles absolut reibungslos funktioniert. Die Gastgeber Maria und Josep standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und waren jederzeit über E-Mail oder WhatsApp zu erreichen. Mit einem Mietwagen oder etwas vergleichbaren, kommt man schnell zum Einkaufen und in 10-15 Minuten ist man am Meer. Die Sauberkeit im Innen- Außenberreich war klasse und man konnte sich entspannen und wohlfühlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder 🙂

Maria is the best host you can wish for! she sent us numerous tips and took care of everything. We felt very comfortable and everything was perfect. We had a wonderful time at son reus. Maria Pilar and her husband were wonderful hosts. Every request we had she was super helpful. We got extra toys for the kids and because we had a little baby with us, they made a little fence for us to prevent the baby to access the stairs. So nice. Unbelievable! This was so super kind. We also asked for a chef to get a nice dinner at the Finca and they also helped us to organize a fantastic private boat trip. Both we can definitely recommend. Ask for Miguel and Miguel -)) The finca is wonderful. A big pool. Kitchen super equipped, lots of towels and pretty bed rooms. Totally calm – the area is perfect. Close to felanitx and Santanyí . Nice beaches around the corner. This is absolutely to recommend! Thank you Pilar! We will come back! Thanks a lot!!
