The house features four spacious bedrooms, all equipped with reversible air conditioning, designed to offer comfort and privacy to every guest. It also has two full bathrooms, a welcoming living room with a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and everything needed for a practical and comfortable stay.

The highlight of the house is its outdoor space: a private 35 m² patio with a barbecue area, ideal for group meals, and a 15 m² terrace perfect for al fresco breakfasts, relaxing in the sun, or enjoying the fresh air at sunset.
