INFORMATION ABOUT THE HOUSE

The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room, a double bedroom with single beds, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, and freezer. From the kitchen, you can access the outdoor patio, which features a covered porch for al fresco dining and, down a few steps, an area with lemon and orange trees, a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and space for hammocks.

Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. The house is decorated with nautical touches and offers a fresh and welcoming atmosphere.

Upon entering the house, a furnished porch with a seating area welcomes you. It has Wi-Fi suitable for working and a small desk. Sa Ràpita beach is just a few minutes away by car.

Some photos are from a previous period; the house has been recently renovated and updated to offer a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and all outdoor areas. The house is rented as a whole, and no spaces are shared with other guests.

The house offers high-speed Wi-Fi, suitable for working remotely, and a small desk.

The living room has a Smart TV.

Outside, the house features a barbecue area and outdoor spaces with an outdoor shower and sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the good weather and designed for relaxation and socializing.
